How do I find more technical
information on all GHS products?
A:

Q: Can
I get a refund on my order?
A:
Good Health Supplement offers a 30
day refund policy on all products.
This policy includes:

- For all GHS
customer orders we offer a 30 day refund policy on unused portions
of GHS products from the date customer receives shipment
based upon the retail value of the product(s). We extend
this refund period to 60 days for our GHS Total Health
Pack.
- Refunds are based on unused
portion received within the 30 day refund period.
Percentages of refund is rounded to the closest 25%, 50%, 75% or
100%.
- Empty bottles will not be accepted and
do not qualify for a refund.
- We offer no refunds for shipping and
our GHS shipping and handling costs will be deducted from free shipping options such as the GHS Total Health Pack which are included in the original
order.
- Free, or No
Charge, items not
returned with the GHS Total Health Pack (that are part
of this offer) will be charged the standard retail
price.
- Refunds are paid
back to clients via either credit card or check within 15-20 days of receipt of
returned orders and are subject to a 5% fee for USA
credit card client orders or a 10% fee for non-USA
client orders.
- We also charge a
minimum 20% restocking fee on orders received after the
30 day refund period and add 10% per month to the
minimum restocking fee for orders returned beyond 60
days or more. Also free items not returned with
combination orders (such as the GHS Health-Zymes and GHS
Rooibos Tea in the GHS Total Health Pack) will be
deducted from the refund amount based upon the auto-ship
retail value.
- All returns must be sent via
US Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation Receipt. Canadian and International returns
are to be insured for tracking purposes.

Q:
What about auto-ship orders?
A:
Good Health Supplements offers an auto-ship program on several of its products. When a customer elects to participate in our auto-ship program the customer will receive on a monthly basis the products selected in the quantity requested. Auto-ship orders will be processed with your current payment information on file based upon your last purchase.
Auto-ship options are cancelable at any time 10 days prior to your
auto-ship date. For example if your auto-ship date is the 10th of the month we request that you contact us by the 1st of the month to remove your name from our monthly auto-ship rotation schedule. Refused shipments
are subject to our refund policy stated above.

Q: How
long do international orders
take to deliver?
A:
We offer international orders and can take from 4-21
working days for delivery depending on the shipping option
you select and customs which varies by country.
